For many years we have carried out engraved lettering work at Eton College featuring the names of the top scholars in the Headmasters school room and upper school. This lead on to many engraving projects, over the last thirty years in various parts of the college. We are not merely letter carvers, but artist craftsmen, polymaths.
I feel strangely at home at Eton College. On the Manor house staircase, I have carved two portrait statues in oak in the round to some acclaim.
We have also restored bridges and architecture, carved plaques and heraldry. When the provost or headmaster has changed, I've often been asked to make leaving presents for them for many different people and areas of the college.
