Colin Mantripp - Master Carver - can be seen at The Victoria and Albert Museum where he is frequently invited to give lectures on various aspects of woodcarving and restoration.

Wood Carving & Antique Restoration Workshops

Lillyfee is keen to encourage 'would-be' woodcarvers as well as the more experienced woodcarvers, and to this end there are several courses run each year at the Lillyfee Woodcarving Studio. Some of these take the form of modules, whilst others are run once or twice a year. You are advised to book early as the courses are very popular.

All workshops are run by the experienced tutor and Master Carver, Colin J. Mantripp.
